Entrepreneurial and Technological Empowerment Programme (ETEP) at Rhodes is a new initiative between Rhodes Business School, Makhanda Cooperatives, Sarah Baartman Dept of Social Development (Co-ops funder) with USA based partners; the Bowie State University and Circle, a USDC based company. This ETEP is funded by the US Diplomacy Mission as part of its Expanding University Partnership Initiatives.
