Using language as a resource for teaching in diverse learning contexts: the student-lecturer partnership
The Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching and Learning (CHERTL) invites academics, students, and staff interested in using language as a resource for teaching to contribute to a conversation where we will share creative ways for using translanguaging in the context of online teaching and learning.
The pedagogical tool of translanguaging can be used to give effect to our institutional commitment to inclusivity, redistribution and representation. Dr Boudina McConnachie will share practical strategies for using translanguaging as a rich resource in musical arts pedagogy. Members of the SRC will reflect on how translanguaging can contribute to the student learning experience.
