* Studied at the University of Zimbabwe and obtained a BSc degree, majoring in Statistics.
* Studied at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and graduated with an Honours in Statistics in 2007, MSc in Statistics in 2009 and PhD in 2016.
* Appointed to the post of a Lecturer in the Department of Statistics at Rhodes University in 2010. Promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2020.
* Teaches first-year courses.
