Professor Adaman’s most recent publication is “Neoliberal Turkey and its Discontents: Economic Policy and the Environment Under Erdogan”. In his workshop, he will assist us in grappling with what it means to undertake ethical research
Professor Boughey is DVC: Academic at Rhodes University and has an excellent publication record of interrogating issues of knowledge and access to knowledge. In her workshop, she will guide us in making sense of frameworks and the issue of alignment in research design.
Professor Jon Turner is the Director of the Institute for Academic Development at the University of Edinburgh, and Professor Sioux McKenna is coordinator of the CHERTL PhD programme and is Director of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies. Their workshop will provide opportunities to consider where and why we should publish and present our research beyond the thesis.
