An EU team visits the Nanotechnology Innovation Centre at Rhodes Univerisity – March 2011

Researchers from Belgium & Greece visited the Nanotechnology Innovation Centre –Sensors under the directorship of Prof Nyokong. This forms part of a joint research agreement between South Africa, Belgium & Greece funded by the European Union under the call PEOPLE – IRSES. The project is called “PROCOTEX”. This project will also involve a student exchange programme where students will travel between the 3 different countries to do some research.
