Dr. Martin Owusu Ansah is a Post - Doctoral Research fellow at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa on “China in Africa” research project in the Department of Management. Martin holds a PhD in Business Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa; Master of Business Administration; Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degrees - both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana; and a diploma in Management from the Institute of Commercial Management in the United Kingdom. Martin has an extensive teaching experience from Ghana; industrial or corporate experience from the UK; a number of research related experience from many private consultancies and universities in South Africa. His research spans a multidisciplinary areas of cross – cultural surveys, application of models as well as organisational development in both Marketing and Management research.
