Dear colleagues,
Professor Yusuf Sayed, honorary professor at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) at Rhodes University, has worked with universities across South Africa to produce an evaluation report: ‘Embedding Inclusive Education in Teacher Professional Development in South Africa: An evaluation of the impact of the Teaching for All project’.
This report provides an overview of one aspect of a larger programme funded by the European Union (EU). This programme, Teaching for All: Mainstreaming Inclusive Education in South Africa, supports teacher education through the development of quality teacher education materials, resources, and partnerships. The programme is implemented by the British Council and its partners, MIET AFRICA, the University of South Africa (UNISA), and the Department of Basic Education (DBE).
You are invited to attend a virtual event hosted by Teaching for All on 11 December to launch the report.
