NOTE:
Mail gets delivered to the Hall Administrator, and gets placed in the residence mail boxes inside the dinning hall on a daily basis, the mail then gets collected by the subwarden on duty who then distributes the mail to the relevant person/s in res.
Parcels are also delivered to the Hall Administrator. The Administrator then contacts the relevant person/s via email or telephone to collect their parcel from her office.
